Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email regarding any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • We partner with trusted national and international courier services to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–15 business days (varies by destination and customs regulations)

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, service area constraints, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Free standard shipping on orders above INR ₹999.

    • A flat shipping rate will apply to orders below the threshold, calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping:

    • Calculated dynamically based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier partner information will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

  • Real-time tracking updates are available via our order tracking portal or the respective courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • ICARERK will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In case of delivery failure, re-shipment charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

  • For lost shipments, ICARERK will initiate a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as per standard protocols.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulatory or customs policies.

  • We reserve the right to cancel such orders and initiate a full refund, if applicable.
