Only items purchased directly from iCareRK official website are covered under this return policy.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
The following categories are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons:

Healthcare supplements and consumables
Opened or used products
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
To initiate a return:

Provide the Order ID, product details, and reason for return along with photo/video evidence.
Once approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you on the next steps.
Returned items undergo a quality check upon receipt.
iCareRK reserves the right to approve or reject the return based on product condition and compliance with our return criteria.
Customers will be notified via email/SMS regarding the status of the return.
Approved returns are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days post-inspection.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT or UPI transfer upon receiving the necessary bank details.
