Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments made for the same order.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

2. Refund Request Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

  • Include the following details in the email:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email Address

    • Order ID

    • Date of Transaction

    • Reason for Refund Request

    • Any relevant screenshots or proof (if applicable)

4. Processing of Refund

  • Once a refund request is received, our support team will evaluate the request within 5-7 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Depending on the bank or payment gateway, the refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
